FOX Rehabilitation in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes or Senior Living Communities, focusing on mobility, independence and quality of life through the Geriatric House Calls model.
You’ll have autonomy to create your own treatment schedule, integrate telehealth when appropriate, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and aging in place for older adults across the Spring Hill area.
