Job summary

Relient Health in Waterville, ME is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapies to improve function and independence.

Qualifications

• OT degree from accredited program.
• ME OT license or eligibility.

• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience in SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
