Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' self-care skills and identify barriers to independence.
• Create individualized treatment plans with practical, measurable goals.
• Address dressing, bathing, coordination, and upper body function.
• Teach adaptive techniques and recommend equipment suited to residents' needs.
• Review progress, document treatment, and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team.
