PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a patient-centered post-acute care team in Brunswick, GA. The OT will assess ADLs, design treatment plans, and recommend adaptive equipment to improve independence and daily functioning.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, collaborating with diverse healthcare professionals, and educating patients and caregivers on strategies for success, with opportunities for career growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, home health, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed equivalent.
