PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills. This full-time role offers competitive pay up to $130,000 annually, with benefits and growth opportunities based on experience, schedule, and location.

The OT will evaluate ADLs, develop treatment plans, recommend adaptive equipment, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, home health, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.

Responsabilités

• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Address cognitive, physical, and sensory limitations impacting daily function.
