AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Manteca, CA. You will help geriatric and post-acute patients regain independence in daily activities after illness, injury, or surgery.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and train on ADLs. A collaborative, patient-centered approach will drive outcomes and quality of life improvements.

Formación

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist in California.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience, ideally in SNF or geriatric setting.
• Strong problem-solving and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and feeding.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to improve independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient care and outcomes.
