Qualifications

Active state license as an Occupational Therapist.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Minimum of 1 year of OT experience, preferably in SNF or geriatric setting.
Strong problem-solving and patient care skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
