Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows, and EMR systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establishes, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Documents accurately and timely using measurable terminology; provides discharge education when appropriate.
• Oversees OT assistants and rehab aides per regulations and standards.
• Maintains safety and productivity standards while supporting community education and outreach.
