Job summary

PruittHealth in Brookhaven, GA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy Services team. The role offers compensation up to $130,000 annually, with a Stay & Earn sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will evaluate and treat patients, document findings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support recovery and quality of life. We encourage ongoing professional growth with merit increases, preceptorship, and relocation

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE accredited OT program.
• Eligible to take or has passed NBCOT exams.
• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized occupational therapy care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.
