Job summary

The Orchards at Three Rivers is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Michigan-based facility, where you will help residents reach maximum independence. New graduates welcome; sign-on bonus up to $5,000 or loan assistance available for FT hires.

H1B visa transfers are considered, with pay starting at $40 per hour and increases with experience. As part of a dedicated healthcare team, you will develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and lead therapy

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan; certification in occupational therapy is preferred.
New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs and goals of residents.
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness.
Design and lead occupational therapy activities and exercises to improve fine motor skills, balance, and mobility.
Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
