Job summary

Iredell Health System is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations and therapy services under physician orders in a PRN role. The OT will work independently, following agency policies and standards of practice, and contribute to rehabilitation goals for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, implementing therapy programs, and coordinating with the Rehab Director.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in NC as an Occupational Therapist or eligible for state licensure exam.
• CPR certification required through AHA or ARC; must obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy evaluations and therapy services as ordered by a physician.
• Develops and administers OT treatment programs to maximize function and independence.
