Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Irmo is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our local rehabilitation team, delivering direct patient care and advancing independence for our patients.

You will supervise treatments, develop personalized care plans, and build meaningful patient relationships, celebrating each recovery milestone along the way. A Master’s degree is preferred or a Bachelor’s with experience; CPR and state licensure are required.

Qualificações

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Formação académica

Master's Degree preferred
