TransPerfect Health in Sugar Hill, GA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for Holbrook Sugar Hill, a senior living community offering active aging and memory care. You will deliver patient-centered care, conduct evaluations and treatments, and collaborate with a dynamic rehab team.

Qualifikationen

• Current OT license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited OT program; foreign-trained candidates may require degree evaluation by an AOTA-approved credentialing agency

Aufgaben

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
• Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
• Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
• In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program (full-time)
• Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated
• Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
• Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
