Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team delivering 1:1 geriatric care in community settings. You will provide occupational therapy services to older adults, focusing on functional independence and quality of life, within a flexible schedule.

The role supports interdisciplinary collaboration with other therapists, technicians, and care managers, and offers salaried positions with benefits, including professional development opportunities and mentor

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to manage treatment plans.

In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated. JR10965
