Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality OT services to patients in a rehabilitation setting. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy, guiding care teams and coordinating treatment goals with physicians and staff.

The role requires a state OT license, 2+ years of OT experience, and CPR/BLS certification or timely attainment. You will contribute to patient outcomes and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state OT license.
• BLS/CPR required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of two years OT experience required.
• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder or related certifications preferred.
