Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of OT experience required.
• Current state license in Occupational Therapy required.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Identify patient concerns and address them to facilitate recovery.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support physical, cognitive, and emotional well‑being.

• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications, preferred.
