Soliant is hiring a part-time, contract school-based Occupational Therapist to support students across four private school sites on the North and West Side of Jacksonville, FL. The role requires collaboration with school teams and families to advance students’ educational goals.

You will work with a diverse caseload and deliver services at multiple locations, ensuring accurate documentation and progress tracking. This itinerant position offers meaningful impact across settings.

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT license required.
• Fingerprinting clearance is part of credentialing process.
• Experience in school-based OT preferred.
• Willingness to travel between four private school locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with IEP goals.
• Assess needs and develop targeted interventions.
• Deliver therapy across four private school locations as itinerant OT.
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and school staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings with input and strategies.
• Adapt interventions as student needs evolve.

Key Qualifications

• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy is preferred

• Must complete time-sensitive credentialing steps, including fingerprinting (candidates with previous FL school district fingerprints may verify status through AHCA Clearinghouse)
• Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential in all areas of development
