Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist for a contract role in a school district near Bedford, IN. You will travel between five elementary campuses and occasionally to middle and high schools, delivering direct and consultative OT services to students.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, develop and monitor individualized intervention plans, complete progress notes, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Indiana OT license or eligibility.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across district schools, focusing on functional, academic, and social participation.
• Evaluate students needs; develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals in and out of the classroom
• Travel between district schools, primarily five elementary campuses, with periodic support of middle and high schools within a manageable 13-mile area
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and help determine proper accommodations and supports
