Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a district near Eagle Point, OR. You will collaborate with teachers and families to foster independence and participation in school environments.

The contract runs from immediate start through June 17, 2027, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week, and a pay rate of $35–$40 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon COTA license is required.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
• Experience in a school setting is valued.
• Experience providing occupational therapy interventions for K-12 students.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized OT plans for K-12 students.
• Support development of motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom participation strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth.
• Document progress, maintain case records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Adjust therapy approaches to evolving student needs.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon COTA license (required)
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification is mandatory
• Experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Skilled in providing occupational therapy interventions for K-12 students

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized occupational therapy plans for students in the K-12 age range
