Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services for K-12 students in Oregon. The role begins as soon as possible and runs through June 17, 2026, with guaranteed hours and a supportive team environment.

No non-therapy duties are included, and a collaborative approach with staff is essential. The ideal candidate holds an active Oregon OT license, has school-based experience, and can manage IEP documentation and progress reporting while fostering clear communication

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to determine OT needs in alignment with IEPs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide both direct and indirect OT services within the school environment.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, case managers, and parents.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Offer creative solutions to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skill deficits.

What You’ll Need
