Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support students across assigned campuses. This role provides comprehensive OT assessments, therapy sessions, and contributes to IEP planning and service delivery.

Responsibilities include entering IEP information, attending IEP meetings, collaborating with SPED teams and teachers, and preparing quarterly progress reports; travel between sites with reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in occupational therapy is required.
• California OT license is required.
• NBCOT registration is required.
• Must be able to travel between school sites with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT assessments and reports.
• Provide OT therapy with COTAs handling most sessions.
• Enter IEP information into the IEP document system.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with SPED team.
• Prepare quarterly progress reports as needed.

Position:School-BasedOccupational Therapist

Pay Range:$65-75/hr

Job Duties:

• Complete OT Assessments and reports
• Complete OT Therapy as needed. COTA's will complete majority of therapy sessions
• Enter IEP information (present levels, goals, service amount) into the IEP document system
• Attend IEP meetings
• Collaborate with SPED Team members and teachers
• Complete Quarterly Progress Reports if Required

Requirements:

• Master's degree from an accredited school or program.
• California Current Board of Occupational Therapy license
• Current Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• You are able to travel between school sites and have reliable transportation
