Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) invites you to join our school-based Occupational Therapy team for the 2026–2027 year in Howard County, MD. This full-time role offers a consistent school schedule, collaboration with a dedicated team, and the chance to help students develop essential skills for academic and daily life.

You will work with a diverse caseload, address fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation, and coordinate with teachers, families, and school staff to implement

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Maryland OT license active or ability to obtain is required.
• NBCOT certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills.

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide services in Howard County Public School System for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a consistent school schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

About the Role

As a school-based OT, you'll support students in developing the functional skills needed for academic success and daily participation. You'll work with a diverse caseload, addressing fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and independence with school-related activities.

• Monday–Friday school hours
