Point Quest Group in Richmond, TX is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy to K-12 students. You will develop individualized treatment plans aligned to each student’s IEP or medical plan and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure progress is tracked and celebrated.

Qualifications

• Current Texas OT license or eligibility to obtain.
• Ability to pass background and fingerprint clearance.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges.
• Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-based, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of student needs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide detailed reports on student progress.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with Point Quest Group, you’ll deliver meaningful, individualized therapy to students K-12 grades, helping them build the skills they need to thrive in school and beyond.
