Family of Kidz in Schoharie County, NY seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a part-time (fee-for-service) or potential full-time role. You will design and implement therapeutic interventions for children and write up evaluations to support individualized plans.

The position offers competitive compensation at $110/hour, with full-time benefits if applicable and requires a NY OT license and degree. Opportunities vary by caseload and interview discussion.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

• Status: Part-Time, Fee for Service or Full time Potential
• Compensation: $110/hour Early intervention
• Location: Schoharie County, NY

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.
