Job summary

Family of Kidz in Greene County, NY seeks an Occupational Therapist to design and implement pediatric therapies for children on your caseload.

This part-time role may transition to full-time with fee-for-service options; compensation is $110/hour and determined by caseload and credentials. The position requires NY OT licensure and a degree in OT, with collaborative work alongside families and school teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.
