Alumus is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our patient-centered care team in Mesa, Arizona. The OT will assess, plan, and support daily living activities under the supervision of the Rehab Director.

Qualifications

• Open to Fresh graduates.
• Current OT license through the State Board of Occupational Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
• Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment.
