• Document evaluations and coordinate with schools, nursing homes, home care, and hospital settings.
• Maintain timely patient records and reports.
• Design and administer treatment programs to improve strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.
• Instruct patients in adaptive techniques and equipment for daily living activities.
• Train patients in upper-extremity prosthetic use to resume routines.
• Provide neuromotor integration therapy and cognitive development activities.
• Develop home programs and educate families on transfer techniques and safety.
• Participate in patient support groups and collaborate with the care team.
• Develop plans of care and provide ongoing evaluations.
