Occupational Therapist (Riley Hospital- PT/Day)

Overview

  • Location: Riley Hospital
  • Shift: Part Time/Day, must be available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Provides occupational therapy services for the treatment of physical and psychological dysfunctions. Provides direct patient care using sensorimotor, functional, educational, recreational, and social activities to help patients regain physical or mental functioning. Supervises occupational therapy assistants, support personnel, and students. Participates in activities supporting patient care, education, and department operations.

Requires graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program. Foreign-trained candidates must have educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. NBCOT certification is preferred. Must hold current Indiana state license and Basic Life Support certification through AHA. Additional certifications may be required per department policies.
