Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to improve mobility and independence.

Required: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and state licensure; 2 years OT in healthcare; 1 year hand therapy preferred; CHT certification prep. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• State licensure is required.
• Preferred: 2 years OT in healthcare; 1 year hand therapy.
• CHT certification or significant prep is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to physician orders for occupational therapy.
• Administer and interpret tests and measurements.
• Review patient charts and adjust treatment plans.
• Develop functional goals with patients and families.
• Improve and restore functional mobility to promote independence.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
