Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• OT licensure as applicable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 1 year experience required.

• Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing, independence and quality of life.
