Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed to practice in Kansas (OT or OT R) and eligible for licensure.
• BCLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• OTR (Registered Occupational Therapist) or OT credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' functional abilities and needs, then developing therapy plans with physicians and the care team.
• Delivering skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing, independence, and quality of life.
• Monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans as needed, and documenting care thoroughly.
• Educating patients and families to build understanding and engagement in recovery.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe transitions of care and excellent patient experiences.
