Responsibilities

• Evaluates and documents progress for evaluation, billing and reporting purposes.
• Advises on adaptive equipment to help patients with daily activities.
• Builds collaborative relationships with a multi-disciplinary team to support patient care needs.
• Assists and participates in training and support of team members and students.
• Follows and updates the treatment plan to maximize therapeutic benefit.
