Job summary

Eligibility includes graduation from an AOTA-accredited OT program, current OT license and BLS within 30 days. Home care requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist; BLS certification required or within 30 days.
• Minimum 1 year hospital/long-term care/home care/outpatient OT experience preferred.
• Driver's license with vehicle for work if home care.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct prescribed skilled OT programs.
• Apply purposeful, goal-directed activities to treat functional impairment.
• Support patients across physical illness, injury, disability, or aging-related needs.
