Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Physical Therapy department. The OT evaluates patients, plans and administers modalities, and works to restore function after injury or disability.

The role requires graduation from an accredited OT program, state licensure, and BLS; the staff therapist may supervise support staff and participate in CQI, infection control, and safety programs. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Current State Occupational Therapy Licensure.
• Current BLS certification (or obtained within orientation).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer occupational therapy modalities as directed by state practice act.
• Assist patients to reach maximum function and adapt to limits.
• Supervise/delegate to supportive staff; participate in CQI and safety programs.
