Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Current State Occupational Therapy Licensure.
• Current BLS certification upon hire or during orientation and maintained thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan occupational therapy modalities to restore function and prevent disability.
• Direct and administer occupational therapy as directed by state practice act.
• Supervise and coordinate with supportive staff; participate in department CQI and safety programs.
• Ensure patient charges are accurate and entered timely.
• Participate in infection control and organizational safety programs.
