Responsibilities

• Assesses residents' OT needs and matches services.
• Meets residents regularly per treatment program schedule; evaluates progress.
• Maintains records of residents' progress and communicates with management and families.
• Repeats evaluations to measure progress per professional guidelines.
• Keeps current with literature and attends seminars to update skills.
