Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, to join our rehabilitation team and support residents’ recovery and daily activities.

You'll provide therapy within an integrated care model, collaborate with nursing and therapy staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality care in a patient-centered environment. A bachelor’s degree in OT and NBOT licensure eligibility are required. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy.
• Current NBOT certification or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Rehabilitative therapist works with other clinicians to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to activities they enjoy.
• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
