Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the busy rehab department at Navigator Homes on Martha's Vineyard. The OT will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with the rehab team, and help achieve positive resident outcomes in a dynamic setting.An active MA OT license is required. Two to four years of outpatient experience preferred, with strong communication, HIPAA awareness, and the ability to work across multiple units. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts OT license required.
• Two to four years of outpatient OT experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in OT.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to residents.
• Coordinate care with rehab team and documentation.
• Assist with treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
