Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) served.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations and planning individual treatment programs and goals.
• Administer actual treatments and discharge planning as part of patient care.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; document progress and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care.
