Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours or 1 business day of referral and document promptly.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans from referring physician.
• Treat patients per physician plan and supervise COTA and aides.
• Maintain documentation per state board and facility policy.
• Discharge planning and caregiver training as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred
