Job summary

Liberty Health Lumberton, North Carolina is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to provide patient-centered OT services in a SNF setting, developing individualized plans and using progressive treatment modalities.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive environment with in-house therapy and local management support. Must be licensed in North Carolina and a graduate of an accredited therapy program.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of NC where you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a SNF setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
