Licensure as an OTR/L, NBCOT credential, and ACOTE-accredited degree are required, with Level II fieldwork and CPR/BLS certification. Start date aligns with a 13-week engagement and a fixed shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) credential from NBCOT required.
• Masters or Doctoral degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
• State licensure required (OTR/L).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Level II Fieldwork (6 months minimum).
• Pass NBCOT exam.
