Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated rehab team at Westmoreland Care & Rehabilitation Center. You will work within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model to help residents regain independence and restore daily activities through evidence-based therapy.

Qualified candidates hold a BBB-certified OT degree, a current NBCOT certificate (or eligibility) and an active OT license in the state where services are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program culminating in a bachelor’s degree.
• Current NBCOT certificate or eligible as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
