Signature Rehab is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will work within Signature HealthCARE’s integrated care model to help residents and patients recover and return to daily activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT certification or eligibility, and a valid OT license in the practicing state. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with a minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligible as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
