Job summary

AdviniaCare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life for our residents.

You will collaborate with therapists and staff to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, educate residents and families on exercises, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records of care delivered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care.
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
