Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the rehab team on site in Georgia. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote independence and safety.

We value resident-centered care, strong communication, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. A Georgia OT license and at least 1 year of experience are preferred; we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for full- or part-time

Qualificações

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Georgia.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to resident-centered, outcome-driven care.
• Availability to commit to a full-time or part-time schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence and quality of life.
• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Recommend environmental modifications for safety and function.
• Document progress clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, resident-centered care.
