Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations to determine patient needs and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide safe and effective interventions with documentation for each session.
• Regularly reassess progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes.
