Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in New York or actively pursuing licensure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop effective OT treatment plans.
• Obtain approval for OT services from referring physician; participate in discharge planning.
• Record evaluation, treatment, and charges; supervise OT Assistants and Aides.
• Screen residents for potential benefit from OT intervention.
