Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist License required.
• One year experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• BS Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients/consumers functioning and coordinate therapy services.
• Provide and monitor individual or group OT treatment plans.
• Supervise assigned staff and document evaluations and progress.
• Recommends adaptive equipment and activities to support development.
• Maintain licensure and required certifications.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team and participate in IHP conferences.
