Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited university in Occupational Therapy.
Current license and/or registration as Occupational Therapist in-state.
Recognized by the NBCOT as designated OTR if state mandated.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
Document findings accurately on standardized evaluation form.
Create treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
Ensure compliance with MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
Modify patient treatment as needed, adhering to precautions.
